All bad
The "pillow" was the hardest thing I have ever tried to lay my head on. I need something supportive because I have disc damage, and this was like laying on a pile of bricks. It was awful. They only gave me a partial refund and I had to pay for return shipping. Horrible Customer DIS-service.

One reason this experience was a good one is because every step was made plain and clear to follow and understand until the end. However, it would be better to offer the last five items for the pillows at the same time in case I want the last offer( #5). I didn't see an option to go back and change my order except by not completing the order and starting over. I can't afford both 1 & 5.

What is going on?
What is going on? I ordered one pillow for approximately $25. The package I received had 2 pillows and two regular pillow cases and no receipt. My card was charged $86.45. Before I received this package I responded to an email and ordered 2 pillowcases with silver-whatever in them. I received 2 pillowcases without the silver sewn in. I don't know how to contact the seller for a return and refund for any of this. Stupid me for ordering anything from your business.

I have central sleep apnea - this is a game changer!
I have central sleep apnea, and find it difficult to get to sleep with my sleeping equipment and buried in multiple pillows. This single pillow and about a 3° incline to my adjustable bed has made my sleep more relaxing. Now the equipment I use for my apnea works very well for me, and my sleep is more sound. I feel like a "new person" in the morning! It took me about 2 weeks to fully adjust to the new sleeping arrangement, but I definitely am very pleased with my Derila pillow.
