I ordered from the company's website, 2 Pillows including shipping, for a total of €109.93. I confirmed my payment with my credit card for that amount. But to my surprise, the order confirmation added several items I didn't order, for a final total of €184.87.

I tried calling the phone number listed on the website, but the operator told me the number doesn't exist. I filed a complaint online but haven't received a response. Be very careful when ordering from this website, as it will charge your credit card for more than you authorized.

This company reacted fast and helpfully to a complaint. I was overcharged, and the payment procedure (amount charged) was quite unclear. They solved the situation in a helpful and professional manner, the following communication and delivery was flawless, fast and satisfying.
