This mask stop working after 6 weeks and they would not give refund because it was over 30 days….all that money and they couldn’t even send me a new one without charging me more money….don’t buy….they don’t stand behind their product.

Do not order this product!!!! They promise a 30 day risk free return and 24/7 customer service. The mask wouldn't charge (tried several times). I went to the website and clicked the link for "hassle free returns" and received an ERROR message indicating this page does not exist. I tried this several times over a 3 day period. I also tried calling their 24/7 customer service and literally received a message stating "they have no customer service representatives". I then went to their website and tried their chat services. My question on how to return the product has never been answered. Again I tried this more than once and left the chat up for a few hours each time.

Dermabeam mask was exactly what I needed for my inflamed skin. Within a week, the redness subsided and I'm so happy with my purchase!

Even thought I don't need to use this Dermabeam masks on myself, I heard many Dermabeam mask users are very satisfied with it. Unlike other dermatology masks makers selling the masks only for making profits. I happen to know the founder of this Dermabeam mask maker, he is a devoted Christian. He himself had serious facial skin problems and couldn't get cured by many dermatologists. He spent more than five years to test countless of facial masks on himself to discover the most effective facial masks. The Dermabeam masks cured the founder's facial skin problems for good. With the Christian loves, the Dermabeam founder is sharing his success in curing his facial skin issues with the public. Dermabeam mask is the most effective but the lowest price in the market. I think that is because the Dermabeam founder wants to help the public with his Dermabeam masks.

The product genuinely works and is at a fraction of the price compared to competitors!! Seriously use it everyday and you’ll see the results!

Love this company and their products! I had questions and chatted with customer service and they got back to me in less than 5 minutes. I have also seen HUGE improvement in my skin since starting to use their mask a few months ago.

I've been using this product for 5 months now on various settings. It's easy to use and my friends who I don't see as often say that they can see a difference (without knowing that I was using the product). I feel better about my skin and it's now a part of my daily routine. 20 minutes seems like a lot but you can still read or watch something while wearing the dermabeam so it passes by quickly.

I really like my Dermabeam because it’s so easy to use when I’m in bed. I’ve tried other masks but they’re too heavy or the strap is uncomfortable.

This light therapy mask helps me to keep my skin clear and clean.
Im always using it to reduce inflammation and to produce collagen. This are my 2 favorite options but I mix them sometimes.

This is by far the best mask I have ever tried. I started to see results immediately. It made my face look smoother, tighter pores and healthier looking skin. I started getting compliments like, wow you have such nice skin. I highly recommend it it.

I feel like this product is so good it should be illegal. I'm prone to ocular migraines that can be triggered by too much light. I have had LED treatments in facials quite often and know how bright those lights are. I was hesitant to try a dermabeam because I thought the lights would be too bright for my eyes or too dull to make a difference in my skin. I was absolutely shocked how calming the lights were, how comfortable the mask was, and how quickly I felt inflammation that I did not even know was in my face disappear. My skin tone was more even and brighter after the first use than what I ever achieved with a professional treatment. highly highly recommend!!

Ive actually paid medspas to have this exact kind of treatment, however the Dermabeam was even more pleasant. I use it every night now with ease. I absolutely love this!!

Terrific product. Been using it for 9 months and my skin hasn’t looked better. Way less cumbersome than wired masks I’ve used in the past.

I have been frustrated all year trying to find the right LED Light Mask and have had to buy and send back THREE masks from different companies in 2022. I just couldn't stomach not getting my money back for a subpar product when other companies charge what they do. You would think since LED Light Therapy is expanding to be essential in everyone's skincare routine that mask companies would have quality products by now but I have found that to not be the case until I tried Dermabeam. It should be common sense that at this point that masks should be wireless, sleek, and comfortable but every competitor mask I tried before Dermabeam was embarrassing to have around my house because they were so ugly and awkward to use with a wire and separate control panel. Or they had a strap and no eye support that would leave parts of my face red and irritated while blocking the light from reaching the skin covered by the strap (also pretty sure having elastic fabric material stretching tight on my skin caused some acne). The discomfort made me not want to use them for the recommended time in my regiment or tell my friends about it. The last thing I'll say is that for this market, Dermabeam is without question the best value. I thought I could throw money at the problem by buying the more expensive masks and was shocked that masks that cost almost double Dermabeam were actually worse. The way this mask lights up an entire room at this price is pretty impressive when way more expensive masks lights seem to barely compete with the light on my kindle. I'm taking the time to write this review simply because I wish that someone had written something honest like this when I started shopping for the best light mask. Might have saved me 6 months.
