Good course for practical skills
This is a good course that gives you all the tools you need to practically inject patients and there are plenty of patients to practice on.
There is however minimal business and product advice during the two days - the focus is purely on technique.

I really enjoyed the training
I really enjoyed the training, there was lots of hands on injecting in the 2 day anti wrinkle and filler training. I would say that the beds used could be a lot better for both the client and students as many of us
had bad back especially if you are talller.

We did not actually get a full day as…
We did not actually get a full day as we only saw one client in the morning. We got a half day at the most. I feel I’m still owed half a day.
The trainer was ok. She was telling us completely different things though to what we had learned on our weekend course. It got quite confusing.
I don’t feel I left feeling confident this time.
I also didn’t like that I was asked to give post treatment instructions from memory in front of the client when I had clearly stated my situation earlier. I am also generally used to speaking to patients with the instructions in my hand ready to give to the patient or on a computer screen.
I was not feeling confident going into the injector day and I didn’t feel confident at the end of it either on this occasion.

Positive and insightful training with experienced trainers
Step by step explanation of the theory,giving insightful answers to questions and explanations for why we are shown how to do things and the reasoning behind it.
Practical hands on information with experienced tutoring. Feeling confident in learning and training, knowing that you are in safe hands, and the experience gained was backed up with constructive feedback on every aspect of your practice and administration of products.

Poor use of face-to-face training
Poor use of face-to-face training, going over materials already issued for pre-learning. Very little practice with fillers not sufficient to practice those procedures.

The quality of treatments at Derma institute is in a league of its own and simply the best.
You could not wish for a higher level of professionalism, dedication. efficiency care and friendliness from the team: Sydney and Sophia.
The treatments were carried out with such skill and care by Dr Rasha and Dr Louise and their teams - and the results exceptional: exceeded by a long margin my expectations and made a tangibile difference.
