BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! Their website has a tab for "Returns and Refunds" . Try clicking on it and nothing happens. No info on how to return a product. I have been trying to get a refund since early January 2026. It is now 3/16/2026. When after a month they answered my e-mail, they gave me return info, which I followed. They acknowledged receipt of the product and said, on 2/22, a refund would be processed in 6-8 days. Still no refund. Many excuses but no customer service.
