Comms could be improved but product arrived in good time

Ordered some items from the UK which were promptly despatched and they arrived within 2 weeks. Happy with the price and the delivery. However, I never received any email confirmation of order and I only found out that the order has been despatched by making my own enquiries. Until I'd made contact with the merchant I was a bit worried this was a fake website and that I'd need to contact my credit card provider for a refund. Anyway, it was all good in the end.
