I send a few e mail on the adres infodemarolling.nl and also message on Instagram, I don't receve any information, nothing about my parcel or refund money.

A company is good until something goes wrong internally. I ordered, paid and I don't even have a confirmation e-mail - it's hard to communicate with people from the inside because too many people are dealing with my case and neither the parcel nor its number nor money - I didn't think that such a reliable company that always sent parcels quickly would be in such a mess when someone will break into them

terrible customer service. they reply to e-mails and then the contact stops, although the problem has not been solved. I haven't been able to regain access to my account for a week. However, I was shown the personal data of another person registered on the store's website and I did not receive a response. How is this even possible? when he replies to an e-mail, nothing comes of it. I'm shocked at how unprofessional this is.
I cannot log into my account or reset my password. and when I try to reset my password, I am partially logged into another person's account, the name, surname and address of this person are displayed and it is very disturbing.I hope no one has access to my data?
I wrote several e-mails regarding this matter to info@dermarolling, but no e-mails were replied to.
I still haven't received an email to regain access to my account.

I placed my order on Monday March 25th before 12:00 noon and my order, which was in stock and was supposed to be picked up on Tuesday. Till today I have not received any track and trace code. I have not received my products, I have sent three emails to the company and have not received any information. There is no contact phone number. Simply unacceptable!!! I will report you!!

I ordered nail sets and payed 100 euros. I should receive my oder in 2 days. It’s been 2 weeks I didn’t recieve the order. I contacted them and they said that they need to sort it out with postNL, tome passes and I don’t have a response from them. They didn’t try to fix this isuue somehow
I did not receive the item!!! Where is it???

Would not recommend. They promise next day delivery, been waiting for it already for over a week now. Contacted Tessa from customer service who does not give any information and lie about the package being sent even though the track and trace clearly indicates that the package is not at the post. Contacted postNL to confirm this, and they said they have not received package from them. Lost money and no package, very disappointing :(
Update: After writing the review I got contacted by customer service in order to solve the issue. However, communication was still unprofessional and they tried to contact me through my personal Instagram account, which I find as invasion of privacy. Besides this, they resent a package as the old one seemed to be lost. After resending it came in 2 days. I enjoy the products except one of them does not exactly match with what was shown on their website.
