We have checked your tracking reference on the Royal Mail Tracking system and your order which was placed on 31st December, is being shown as delivered on 06.01.2023.
We are extremely sorry about recent delays in deliveries over the past month, however we use Royal Mail as our delivery provider and as I am sure you are aware, Industrial Action has resulted in delays on all letters and parcels despatched with them. We completely agree that the service is poor as this is the service that we are receiving from Royal Mail..

Why I recommend Dermashotz
I have used dermashotz now for well over a year ..whilst the attraction of youthful skin at the age of 70 was interesting I was initially interested because of start of painful arthritis in my hands. Whilst this product cant prevent the aging process I can honestly say it is the best investment in myself I have ever made. As money is tight for us all and my circumstances are no different I stopped buying dermashotz for 3 months thinking it was a good way to economise. I couldn't have been more wrong the stiffness and pain in my hands increased and my skin and hair started to get quite dry. .so I reordered and I'm happy to say things are improving .
I have found the staff at dermashotz a delight to deal with helpful and always go the extra mile and for anyone unsure I thoroughly recommend you try this product give it a good 3 to 4 months and you won't be disappointed.

Good stuff
I chose Dermashotz as they are the only company to provide sachets of powder to mix with water yourself rather than ready mixed, with is more cost effective and better for the environment. The flavour is good and you can dilute it according to your own taste. My skin has definitely improved as has the dryness of my hair and nails. Good stuff.

Dermashotz really works!!
Dermashotz really works! I've tried a few collagen supplements and got this one because a friend recommended it. At first it was quite sweet but then I started diluting it in a 1L bottle of water and drinking it first thing, I love it now. Dermashotz has made such a difference to my skin, hair and nails I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

I enjoyed the flavour of the Derma shots and that it mixes with water easily without lumps. The individual sachets are good for if you are travelling. But if there was an option for buying a bigger container with less packaging where I measured the doses myself, I would buy that option. I’d also love it more if the sachets were recyclable. 😊
