Buyer beware! I got this for cherry angiomas and guess what, guess what I still have left? Cherry angiomas!

Which I did not want however it's better than what I have left on my calf where I had a few cherry angiomas.
Now instead I have dark marks, the little Cherry angiomas looked so much better.
I contacted the company within the allotted time period. And discovered you have to jump through hoops, it seems like, for their "free" return policy.
I am sure it's not just been me, I'm sure a lot of people have discovered this.

Bought this as a gift for a friend and she loves it. Quite skeptical at first but it did work out.

I tried it on skin tags and small mole on my arm.

The machine no longer functions even with full battery. Never used the machine once. Terrible product will ask for money back.

Works and delivers as promised. As I get older skin tags are popping up on my face and neck. It's nice to be able to use this in the comfort of my home. Saves me time and money from a trip to see my dermatologist

I love the product not only remove skin tags, but also helped with varicose veins and mole removal. One of my favorite things about this product versus the others is there are nine intensity settings some others just have 1 two or three.

It works very well. Moles and skin tags gone. I even got rid of a tattoo with it.

I started out very cautiously, but after a few treatments became more bold in my use. Got rid of a few skin tags and moles. Then I began treating my skin barnacles, which actually start out as light brown spots and get darker and more wart like in appearance. I'm happy to say that after years of just accepting these unsightly barnacles ....after a few treatments with the Dermavel...they are gone!...fini!
If you are patient and stick with it, this very powerful instrument can produce amazing results. I'm certain that I have saved thousands in doctor bills, not to mention wasted time driving to and from the doctor. The adjustable feature of the Dermavel device makes it possible to slowly become more and more confident with it's use, which is very important....it's your skin! You will gradually learn what you can and cannot do regarding treatment of many different types of skin problems.

I purchased the Dermavel about a year ago. It came as expected and I used it on 2 skin tags on my face. I was very pleased with the results but I must have been too rough when trying to change the tip. I stripped out or broke the pen and it does not work anymore. I still plan to purchase another sometime in spite of this as it is still much less expensive as a visit to the dermatologist.

Easier to use than I thought with minimal pain. Good directions and I'm hopeful that it will make a difference. And especially kind and prompt communication from Dermavel's staff, which will keep me coming back. Thank you!

My experience with Dermavel has honestly been spectacular! I really wished I had taken before and after pictures but unfortunately I didn't. However, if you have any hesitations about this products, stop! This product is legit and I would recommend having a close family or friend help you with any blemish you want to get rid of but let me tell you, this product does work. I used this product to remove skin tags, all from small ones to large ones and my husband helped me get rid of them by using level 6-7. With the recommended needle, one session, he was able to burn off 14 skin tags on my face and neck and they all went through the scarring process and they all fell off exactly on day 6. My skin is now all clear and smooth. I'm so very thankful for this product, this product has saved me a lot of money and best part is I can use it in the comfort of my own home. PS I also didn't use any numbing cream but if you can't handle a lot of pain, best to use numbing cream.

Shipping of my Dermavel was quick and the packaging was efficient. I had paid quite a bit of money to a dermatologist for removal of small facial and neck moles but am ECSTATIC to report that I’ve achieved better results with my Dermavel at a fraction of the cost!! Excellent product and a VERY satisfied customer!

Did a little search and wanted to get rid of this skin tag and didn't want to go to the doctor for this, purchase this plasma pen from them and works like a charm, 5 minutes and burned it off smooth, can't tell it was even there, no irritation or infection, sad that I bought this for 1 skin tag but got it for the next one, great product

They will not honor ttheir “Money Back Guarantee”. Beware. Deceptive advertising. The website says 90 days if you aren’t satisfied with results. I tried to return it after 25 days, and they said their policy is 15 days if the box is unopened. I don’t know how you’re supposed to see results if you can’t open it. Also the time period was drastically shorter. Basically a scam in terms of their return policy.

I’m satisfied w my Dermavel, It performed perfectly, and is easy to use. I have removed keratosis and skin tags, without any discomfort or scarring. There are videos available that demonstrate how to use it, and which needle is appropriate. It paid for itself with my first use- would have cost 3x what I paid for it if I had gone to my dermatologist!

Dermavel arrived promptly, packaged securely. Dermavel worked wonderful, as a physician, it worked well and cleared up spots without difficulty. Minor sting with higher settings, well worth it.
It was so good, I bought two more.
Not even one disappointment.
