Device bought

Device bought, not delivered, email sent advising of non delivery, no reply.
Tried ringing telephone numbers on website, not able to connect as number not receiving incoming calls.
TOTAL SCAM - why someone has given them 4 stars for bad service is beyond me. You should be able to leave no stars

i ordered a Derma wave

i ordered a Derma wave, which took 3 week for delivery. i tried ringing their support number which no one answers. when plugged the Derma wave in, it did not work. there was no instructions, which is why i looked on you tube to see if i was not operating it properly. which is when i saw this page of reviews from people who have been conned the same way. i am wondering if it would be worth reporting it to trading standards.

Ensure order receipt is received.

Their website went strange when I wanted to order, in so far as it didn't show me my order had gone through. So I tried again, same thing happened. So last try! And it went through. I then discovered I had been charged 3 times and 3 orders had gone through, in error.I only wanted one. I contacted them several times and the bottom line was " they don't refund for errors like this and suggested I try to sell the excess ones. I liaised with them several times during tge whole of June. They were adamant they could not refund and refer to their T&C. Also stated they do not have the facility to refund?.
They then closed the message thread saying the case is closed. I ordered the item thinking, at the time, from a UK company and expected a pretty quick delivery. I got an email from them saying due to such demand the productwill be coming direct from their supplier which was from China. I placed the order end May and have just received 2 of the 3 mistakenly ordered items. Today is Friday 4th July. Around one month for delivery They will only refund if you have tried the product to their specification and it is broken or not working properly. It has ended up costing me £150 instead of £50. What can I say? Think before you order. Check for their order confirmation.
If this happens to you, you are on your own. No refund .

I bought a Dermawave pro & they didn't…

My Mum bought a Dermawave pro & they didn't send her a manual or the E books promised. I tried to get hold of them & found their phone number tells you to use WhatsApp. Couldn't find their WhatsApp number as it doesn't seem to exist. I am very unhappy as they said you could send it back & there is no address or number to get in contact with them. I suggest no to buy this for anyone thinking about it as I think it's a scam.
