Software really doesn't do anything special that can't be coded with AI.

Since implementing Dermis, we’ve been generating over £800 in monthly membership revenue, with net revenue exceeding £11,000. The loyalty and rewards programme has also been incredibly effective, generating over £8,500 in additional revenue, with many of our clients actively using Klarna through the app.

The platform is intuitive for both our team and our clients, but what truly stands out is the hands-on support from the success management team. Their guidance and strategy have made a significant impact on how we maximise the app’s features and drive consistent growth.

We originally came to Dermis wanting a system that would allow us to sell memberships easily and manage them without added complexity. What we didn’t fully realise at the start was just how well the rewards and loyalty system and notification offers would perform for our patients.

The platform has helped us create more consistent income and improve patient engagement without adding extra pressure on the team. There were some teething problems initially but it’s all working well now. Support has been great and the strategy behind it clearly works.

I worked with Dermis when growing my familys medspa and I cant say enough good things about thomas and his team. Within the first 2 months we got over 50 new patients through the door which is more than we've ever had and we literally had to close our calendar because we couldnt handle the volume.
