Don't shop here!!!!!

Took forever to arrive, they only sent one when I ordered two, they don't return emails. Be warned. They still have my money, I don't have the product or a refund.

DON’T SHOP HERE!
Wish I read the reviews beforehand! I’ve had the same experience most other people have had with these guys and that’s not receiving package after a month. When I got into contact they told me it’s been lost in transit and they want to offer me a 20% refund. I’d like to take my money and shop elsewhere but trying to get a response out of these scam artists is near impossible.

I bought a dermroller and no response at all!…

I bought a dermroller from dermrollers.com and paid more than $50 for it. I have not received the dermroller and it’s been more than 3 weeks. I have emailed twice and have received no reply. The worst customer service experience I have ever had! I hope I eventually receive my product. Avoid this seller! Plus they love to flood your email with marketing materials!

No customer service at all

So far, I haven't received the products, but my review is a review of customer service. It's non-existent. I needed to change something in my order right after I paid for it. Reached out to them right away. Then I did it three more times after that, but still no response. Only a notification that my products were on the way. Oh, and their marketing emails are flowing in endlessly. But no human connection at all. I hope that I at least will receive the products, as one of them is something I can use.

Advice: Establish customer service as soon as possible, and correct your website, as the discount offer doesn't take up the original settings made by the user so people will order the wrong products by accident and then they want to talk to someone when they realize their mistake after the payment...
