Ver poor communication. We were waiting for work on my garden and patio area, this had been agreed and quoted for by Tom.
After a month he called and asked to delay for another 2 weeks, no problem for us. Then arranged to collect keys on the Sunday and start on the Monday - just did not appear! We tried to call & message Tom & could see he had read our text messages. We did not expect that from Tom as a first he appeared to be friendly & accommodating. So I cannot comment on his work, but his ability to communicate is appalling! Just came across as someone who simply does not respect people’s time & is very rude. I would say Do not use & avoid due to uncertainty of work actually being done & wasting your time!

Derrick construction have been great from start to finish. They gave us time and advice on how to make the most of our living room and produced a very reasonable quote. The quote was broken down so we could see all the different costs. The work was then started a couple of weeks later. The work has been completed to the highest quality. We are extremely happy with the finished product. If you need any building/construction work done then do not hesitate in giving Derrick Construction a call.

Derrick construction have been fantastic from start to finish. They recommended different build options to help us decide on the best solution for us, great communication and the finish is top quality. They’re always looking to do best by their customers and it’s a pleasure to have them working on the house. I cannot recommend them highly enough
