This is a super group to be part of - and it’s not unrealistic either for older people like myself. All the recipes are family friendly and it’s ok to join the class the next day if your busy with work or a mum. And everyone provides such super advice

My 3rd time ordering from Derval.ie. I got the Go Health Daily Boost and the Somega Vitamin D3 +K2 drops for a second time. I was feel tired all the time with little energy before trying these. I have found them to work great for me. Giving me that jump start in the morning and able to keep going all day. Also found I am sleeping better at night, which I really notice in the morning when I wake. So that's why I ordered them for a second time. The order went through and was delivered to my door within days. Great, quick, professional service. Thanks Derval.ie

I love Derval.ie it has got me back fitter than I have been in a long time. I’ve done yoga, Pilates, strengthening work and mindfulness and love them all. I’ve learnt to cook healthy food but that is not bland or boring, all the food is delicious. The challenges are a great focus and the Facebook community is so supportive.
