I am very satisfied with this child car seat from Deryan B.V. The quality is excellent! Thé materials are solid and well finished. In addition, it is very pleasant and comfortable my daughter feels perfectly at ease in it, even during long journeys. It is a reliable product that I highly recommend.

It didn’t arrive as soon as they promised on the website so that was a shame as that was one of the reasons we chose to order from them so bear that in mind.

Good material, qualitatif, but my kid of 2,5 years old that seat in the front hutch the ground with her feet.

The tent has a pole that was broken when I bought it. I have to reorder a new one and send back the whole tent.

After 6 months, a pole has broken. I realized that i had no reimbursement. That was done quickly.

But gor the tent pole they promised me, after 10 messages on whatsapp, one from the contact, and another one by email, they answer ok after 3 months. One month later, nothing. I wrote the last month 3 messages without any answer.

I strongly recommand to order in another serious website

Bought july 2025, second one to replacer the first tent 1 week later, reimbursement 4 months later, and still waiting for a new tent pole for another 4 months without any answer

The product we ordered (car seat Colin) is really good and convenient for babies as well as toddlers and older children.
But what saddened me was that I had to wait quite a long time to get it. When I send them a mail, the answer was that it had already been delivered, which wasn't true. It took many mails and sleepless nights to get my order, but in the end I did. So happy end and the car seat is really worth it's money.

The delivery was fast the product was as it was described and appeared in the photos. Very very easy and fast assembly

Buggy wasnt what i expected, baby wasnt not upright enough, wanted to return the item (have looked before i ordered the buggy if returning it would be free, yes is was), after wanting to return it, needed to pay an extra 6 euros, it was only free if you order a different product from deryan, what I didnt want...

Didn’t send the pram I waited for nearly 2 weeks and just received a refund no acknowledgement of why it wasn’t sent. Very frustrating!

Ordered almost 2 weeks ago, still didn’t receive the package. No communication, nothing. It said “order today, receive tomorrow” though. I ordered here before so I’m quite sure the quality will be good. Very annoying though if you expect it the next day…

I want to return it and you are not responding

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Please read all the negative reviews first - don’t waste your time or money on ordering anything. I’m still waiting on £155 refund from last August. My experience is one of AI responses to a failed delivery and promises of another DPD delivery which never passed customs so it failed twice. Then when I requested a refund I was directed through the WhatsApp service which deletes your messages.
Worst customer service ever.
Dreadful company that promises everything but delivers nothing.

I asked something and i get a reply within 5 minutes , the service was the best and i got my product fast !
