Lack of clearance over the weekend

Dear Patrol Guys,
I'm looking forward to getting my item, but unfortunately It is held up with the Portuguese postal clowns.
I got an online notification on Friday asking to clarify details for Customs clearance, I did this and have heard nothing since. I Guess its the Holiday weekend and the Portuguese can't be bothered again - adding at least four days to the delivery time.

Is there anything you can do from your end?

Dishonest, overpaid, no assistance

Dishonest, it doesn't matter what value you paid for, CTT will charge customs for whatever is more profitable for them... Assistance is very useless and you fill out of control the whole time. I advice anyone using this service to return the package and choosing another carrier with more transparent service
