I returned my items now over a month…
I returned my items now over a month ago and have still received no refund. This is over £100 worth of prints. Will go elsewhere for prints next time.

Desenio are liars
An employee at Desenio’s Swedish customer service gave me poor information and communication, which caused me to lose a workday and 160 euros. Afterwards, the employee lied to me via email and provided false information to cover up her mistake. I do not appreciate being lied to, so I contacted Desenio and filed a complaint. Desenio’s management of Customer Service responded to me, but instead of apologizing, they defended the course of events and refused further contact.
I explained that it would be easy for the employee to prove she hadn’t lied by simply forwarding the message she claimed she had sent, but management refused to give an answer or provide any evidence that her colleague was telling the truth.
I posted a complaint about this incident on Desenio’s Instagram (stating that Desenio’s employees lie to job seekers and customers), but instead of receiving an apology, I was blocked from the company’s Instagram. I have never before been blocked by a COMPANY for submitting a customer complaint, especially when the complaint is about their staff lying. One would think that the person who lied should be reprimanded, but instead, Desenio chose to punish me.
After this experience, it is clear that Desenio shamelessly lies and manipulates in their communication, and then silences complaints by blocking innocent people. The person responsible for Desenio’s Instagram doesn’t even understand basic customer service, and thanks to them, Desenio has now lost me, my entire family, and all my acquaintances and friends as customers.

Poor communication and customer service, I will not order again
I ordered a parcel to be delivered during our stay abroad. Due to a typo the confirmation email was never received nor I was informed that the parcel was ready to pick up. It’s a shame cause they had also the PayPal email with which I paid as well as the phone number, none of these was ever contacted. When I contacted the customer service I was told that the parcel was waiting to be picked up. As we left Spain we would not be able to do so, I was informed that we would be charged 25 euros for not picking it up. Disappointed and gutted I was also a returning customer. I will not order again.

Really interactive website. We choose to use the AI section which let us try different ideas and we could pick our colours to suit our decor. I could have spent days looking on the high street for my ideal wall art.

Why is no one getting back to me from…
Why is no one getting back to me from customer service? I have tried the number which isn't even in use. I have completed the online forms, and used chat twice and had two separate tickets opened but no contact made. Im starting to think its a ploy to avoid the return I am trying to initiate.

Missing print no contact from company
Lovely prints however I ordered 4 and one was missing on delivery. Contacted customer service who advised me to make a claim which I did and since then I have had no communication at all from Desenio. I would just like my missing print to be shipped out and delivered as they were a gift. Really disappointing customer service.

Returns are £9.90
I got confused and accidentally ordered a small print. When I spoke with customer service, I was told they couldn’t change the order but that “of course, you can return it.” What wasn’t mentioned is that returning it would involve a £9.90 fee.
I completely understand that, as a business, you may need to charge for returns, but it would have been helpful if the representative had explained that upfront. That way, I could have made an informed decision rather than feeling frustrated by what came across as misleading information.
This type of experience can easily cause a business to lose customers, and I believe clear, honest communication is key to good customer service.
