Worst customer service ever!!!!
I ordered a poster at 28th of January, and while I got charged in my bank, I never received an order confirmation email by Desenio.
I reached out to their support immediately, but there is no way to talk with a real agent but just a random AI agent that gives generic responses and can't actually help with support. When I tried to do, the AI agent was creating a ticket for my case. It's been 8 days and no response from them!
I am really mad and disappointed from their support to such a simple problem!!
