It doesn’t matter anymore
I had did a mobile deposit on June 27th and was told I have to wait till July 8th all though my check was paid out to me the 27th

Was Not told that my paper checks would…
Was Not told that my paper checks would not go through for up to 8 days. Having a job that pays in paper checks not having money right away is a real bummer. Wish my banker would have said something when setting up my account.

Long wait and failure to complete order and transaction
I waited a long time both times I went in to open an account.
I asked to order checks. I called back and found out the checks had not been ordered.
I deposited $12,000. I was told there would be a hold on the deposit. The service rep asked to see my balance for the account I wrote the check from. I showed him my balance. He said that he could release $500.00. I called back 2 days later because the $500 had not been released. He said he forgot and that he would release 1000 of the 12,000, I had deposited.
