An extremely fast and efficient service from Katerina, which has provided an excellent alteration from deep pencil pleat to eyelet. The curtains look fabulous and hang beautifully. Always a gamble selecting a product or service from the internet, even after reading all the reviews. Katerina made three cushion covers (all different) and I am more than happy. I was kept informed of the process and I received pictures along the way. I would certainly use this company again and have no hesitation in recommending Katerina and her company.

Absolutely fantastic. We really struggled to find someone in South Essex area that had good reviews. There were very few locally, even less with reviews, and even less actually available quite quickly.
Katrina came up trumps. Dropped off the curtains, were ready a few days later (my choice of collection date), and are now up and looking fantastic.

Eyelets on Voiles curtains
Katerina understood how I wanted the eyelets on my curtains immediately. She is very responsive and helpful. Very happy with everything and will be going back for more in the future.

Katerina did a brilliant job altering my pleated curtains, taking in the width and adding a band to the bottom. She is very easy to deal with, quick responses and clear communication. I would very much recommend her.

All so easy, a jewel in the minefield of curtain repair - Katerina has great comms, was very transparent with options and pricing, all logisitcs done by post, and she fitted it in at relatively short notice. Also proactively did some extra work to give the curtains more life. Now going back to see if Katerina can help us with poles!
