Do not trust or use them…. It will cost you more money to pay someone else to do the job properly

No Professional And Very Poor
We have engaged DesignAbode through Fluent( a Building architecture company) referral. The cost was high when compare to other vendor quote. But we went with DesignAbode. The team was very helpful but I struggled with communication as the on ground team was not fluent in english but Punjabi. This was a huge gap in communication. Our Project started in Feb 2022 and agreed to complete in Aug 2022. They have delivered on time. But the work was not satisfied and not professional. It was full renovation of Semi-Detached house at Shepperton
I have renovated my bathroom and that bathroom is leaking to ground floor if someone takes shower. I have complained and DesignAbode came down and claimed they had fixed the issue. It was ok however, the leaking started again and dripping over kitchen hanging lamps.
Its a complete renovation project and we gave the contract to DesignAbode. As part of the contract we requested them to install system boiler and the quote included installation cost. They brought someone to install the boiler. It was ok sometime. We requested the Hive ThermoStat for all. After few days, the thermostat does not switch on the Radiators. I have informed the DesignAbode and till date no fix and does not bother. They moved on another project. No commitment for mistake made by them
We requested the hard flooring for ground floor. They have tiled the ground floor. We are still facing tiles shake while walking and tile come off. The work is not clean and not professional.
I will never engage DesignAbode for any my future work nor recommend. I am in talk with Fluent Architecture to ensure no one like me should suffer. DesignAbode is body shaping company and they are not real builders. They contract local builders and you end up talking two different team DesignAbode and contractor company. I strongly insists do not engage DesignAbode for any of your renovation nor construction work, Especially team with Mandeep Singh.
