Do your self a favour and shop somewhere else.
I made two orders, I wish I never did. Everything went wrong. The first order was a product of 1299 SEK which I payed online and did choose the delivery option to go and pick it up in the store in Malmö. I went to pick my package and the lady said: it will be 1499 SEK. I was, ehmm excuse me I did already pay on the webpage? I have the confirmation on my mail. 10 min. after, I can't see you have payed, our system is broken - and she asked me to send her a copy of the payment before she would give me my package. Just to say, its not possible to order from the webpage if you do not pay right away.
The second purchase was accessory to the first order. I did not hear anything for 4 weeks. I had to contact the customerservice, which told me there was an error and they would send me another one, to be delivered at my home. Now one week later Im still waiting. I contacted the customer service once again, and they will retur my money and send me the package ( again ). I have no idea if I will receive my package.
I wonder if they would contact me, if I did not contact them?
I was close to order a dinner table ( 29.000 SEK ) Im glad I did not. Cause their service is beyond all expectations ( I know mistakes ca happen - but this is extreme )!
