I just wanted to give a shoutout to Gina from your customer service team. She went above and beyond to help me fix a problem with a product I purchased recently. It was such a refreshing experience, and I really appreciate her help!

I had a problem downloading something I had purchased and I received fast effective help.

Customer Service is excellent and very prompt.
I was not receiving notices and the issue has been resolved successfully.

And they have amazing learning resources, not the quick 5 minutes tutorials—in many cases, they go in-depth with their lessons. Hi, I am not a proffesional designer like most here but I have worked for companies that sold high graphic software and that is were I got my look for graphic software. I am retired and love playing around with these products. Learning how to use them helped me server my customers needs. I find that with Gina at Design Cuts one of the best, if not the best support person I have had the pleasure to deal with in over 20+ years on the Net! She has given me the type of service I tried to give my customers. I have had very few issues on the DC site but when I did she was quick to respond and to fix the issues and it was like dealing with a long term friend. The products are great but her service is 10+. Design Cuts is my go-to site for buying brush packs and assets for digital illustration. They have one of the biggest ranges of digital products that I know of.
Their customer service is friendly and very efficient when you have any concerns about a purchase. My query was sorted out within a couple of hours.

Purchased a font and I couldn’t download it kept giving me Error 403 when I clicked the download link, even downloaded a different web browser to see and it didn’t work still. I sent out an email and by the next day I got a response with a direct link to download my font! Super dope font I love it and Gina (customer service agent) was super nice and helpful! Will def source more fonts in the future!!

Absolutely love Design Cuts & have done for a long time. The staff are all super friendly & helpful, any queries you may have, they get back to you quickly and always do their best to help as much as they can. The products they sell are all great quality & value for money. The best bit is the community they have, once you join, you’re made to feel like part of the family & are made to feel so welcome. I have bought a few products from Design Cuts over the last few years and enjoyed many of their free live tutorial sessions (usually on catchup). Recently I left a review on a course I had purchased last year that I had been disappointed in because the supporting video lessons were lacking detail. I had given it another go recently thinking more experience might help, wanting to give the course a fair go but I was still lost so I left the review.
Gina emailed me offering me credit for the course, even though it was so long after I had originally purchased it. It certainly wasn't what I was expecting but it shows a very high level of customer service lacking from a lot of companies these days.

Design Cuts is a really awesome website where you can get plenty of design assets for your artwork. They have a specific section for Procreate brushes and assets which is amazing since Procreate is my favorite, go to digital drawing app. They also have a wide selection of graphics and also mockups. When it comes to digital assets and Procreate tools - I'm no brand snob. I go wherever I can find the best tools I need for the design task or job I'm working on and I am really happy that I found Design Cuts because I've already downloaded a number of their assets and have added them to my "secret" arsenal of quality digital products. Their prices are reasonable and they do range from mid to high, but the assets are worth it, imo. If you're looking to do quality work you have to start with quality images, brushes, and tools. They even have a small selection of freebies for those who just want to test them out first. I highly recommend Design Cuts. AND they have a fabulous customer service team. I had some questions and Gina did not hesitate to answer them and offer me solutions I could use. She was very kind and thorough - and that matters. If the rest of the staff is as kind and as responsive and attentive as she is - this is a company worth supporting with your dollars!

I have been with Design Cuts since the beginning of 2021 and add to my resources almost every week. The products are affordable, of good quality and give me hours of enjoyment playing with them creatively. The courses are informative and easy to follow which improves my skill. I recently had issues with the products not downloading, but the support team came up with several suggestions, which worked and I can now download without any issues following their advice. Love my Design Cuts and always recommend it to other creatives. How lucky we are!!

I have been a long time customer of Design Cuts. I have never received customer service and support like theirs.
They have always been community first and it is reflected in the Design Club and during live sessions (which are free). They only sell the best product from the best designers at an unbeatable price.

I have been using DesignCuts for 10 years. The design tools bundles are fantastic and very affordable. The bundles are also a excellent resource for testing out the products of digital design businesses. I found one of my favorite font designers through the purchase of a DesignCuts bundle and now, I buy directly from her website when I need a special font for a project. I also found an amazing photoshop brush designer through DesignCuts.

DesignCuts also has great customer support. I've only contacted them once but they responded quickly with great ideas to fix my problem.

Design Cuts has taken the time to learn how to do things right. From the creativity to the deals to the excellent service. In all my years I can't fault them on anything. I even look forward to their newsletters for a shot of inspiration!

I had a little problem with payment, so I asked the customer service for advice. The next day I already got a very friendly and helpful response and the problem was solved. (Thanks Fran!)

The products at Design Cuts are very inspiring, definitely my most favorite site when it comes to creative resources!
