Absolutely terrible experience, had a piece of furniture made and it was made in the wrong style and measurements. They took no responsibility and refused to speak to us. (They put the phone down) extremely unprofessional and difficult to deal with from the beginning.

I can’t recommend enough! First I went to about 10 different furniture stores before I found designer furniture outlet!
Who had stock that fit out my house in 24 hrs plus free interior designer service thrown in by the amazing Sabrina who worked in Ventura ballycoolin for 17 years! So helpful and made me feel so welcome 🤗 highly recommend. Siobhan
Avoid. Brought a table and it never arrived. Said they would offer refund but now ignoring all communication.
Bought a large mirror that arrived damaged.
The merchant offered a token gesture to get the mirror repaired (offered £50 for an £820 mirror)
We asked for a return and refund and they offered to collect the mirror on a set date, which we agreed, then never showed up and have ignored all our emails/messages since.
Currently going through a dispute with the credit card company. Avoid!
