Lovely products but poor service from delivery courier
The products arrived and are gorgeous. Haven’t been able to try them yet as my little one hasn’t arrived yet but everything’s lovely and soft, seems good quality and was nicely packaged.
My only issue was with the delivery courier DPD. They sent me a text saying they had taken my parcel to a local collection point because I wasn’t it to accept the delivery. Apart from I was in. We also have a ring doorbell and having checked it they didn’t attempt delivery. It was inconvenient to wait for my partner to be available with the car to be able to collect the package as it wasn’t within walking distance.
