Have not yet received order

Hello,

We are sorry to hear you have not yet received your order and apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

Looking through the system we have not received any correspondence from you to inform us of this prior to leaving your review to enable us to resolve this for you.

Looking on your tracking the driver was unable to deliver your parcel as they could not locate your property and as such your parcel was returned back to the depot awaiting further instructions.

A member of our team will reach out to you with details on how to update your tracking

Disappointed

Wasn’t delivered to person and sent back to seller and no refund despite email requesting refund . Poor service . Won’t be ordering from here again

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I’m sorry to hear you did not receive your parcel. Looking on the tracking DPD were unable to deliver your parcel on multiple attempts and this was consequently returned back to our unit as a failed delivery.

I can confirm your order was received back to our unit on 21.12.21. Refunds can take up to 14 days to process which is why you have not yet received a refund as this has been 3 days to leaving this review.
