A pleasant surprise
The box this came in was a really nice surprise. The bottle looks like it does in the pictures but in hand, the weight and quality is superb. The custom label is a fun touch. The mixture I chose was pleasantly really good and smooth. My brother receiving the gift loves it and shows it off to his family and friends. I would recommend this as a gift for anyone that loves whiskey.

The bottles have a refined look to them…
The bottles have a refined look to them and seem to be well made. As yet, I have not opened mine due to its purpose is for a special event. The only downside I have and is also the reason I wouldn't reorder is that the personalization is a sticker. I have had bottles done for me in the past and they used bottle engravers. This creates a special bottle that regardless of wear will always have the saying on the bottle, making it ultra special. Though I like the design I will look to something at this price that reflects that longevity I am looking for in my Whiskey. Etching is always a better method.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We understand your desire to have an engraved decanter, though our entire process clearly shows that we provide a bottle of custom whiskey in a decanter with a custom label. Our master distiller creates each custom whiskey by the bottle using our premium high-age barrels and our expert design team creates each label from scratch (we see that you received a label review on April 4).
With that said, we have had customers that have gone on to get their decanters etched and since we use a premium decanter the glass is very thick and can withstand deep engraving if you would like to get it engraved in the future.

Designer Dram was so easy to work with. A lot of options to make your perfect bourbon. Love the taste, palate, and finish I got with my bourbon. Also my custom label turned out awesome. All my bourbon friends loved it and 2 have ordered already. I will deffinetly order again.

Best gift I ever purchased
