I received an item very late and paid too much for shipping. The item was not authentic and felt uncomfortable. There is no return policy, I will contact my credit card company.

I’ve requested a return and for one size up and have had to wait 5 days after an employee said she’d check the inventory and get back to me.

I loved the beautiful Myla set I bought but I didn't expect to pay import taxes. Nevertheless, overall it was a good deal for quality silk and lace underwear.

Great place to get hold of Myla lingerie - good range of styles and sizes - at affordable prices and posted promptly.

I received exactly what I ordered, and despite the steep customs pay( I knew I was responsible for taxes), still got great value. I would definitely buy from Designer lingerie again. Only thing I would change, I would prefer not to have written on the parcel that it contained underwear, and in great detail ("3 bras"). Too much information for me to share with the postman :) Wouldn't "articles of clothing/ clothes" do?
