Took several weeks to process the order’ but never received the item.

Parcel didn't arrive. Very poor customer service. I'm £117 out of pocket and still no closer to a refund. No reply to my emails asking when I will be refunded, this being the only way to get in touch.

Would probably use another site, very poor customer service in comparison to alot of other sites.

Very pleased with my garment. Genuine and at a great price.

I pay for perfumes £120.outlet deals perfumes. Com the didn't send my order. Not replied my emails. Not good.i asked to refund my money back. Please don't buy anything from them .you never know how we work hard to get paid. But you scammed.people's.

Really Impressed with this company. Placed my first order with them late on Sunday evening and received my order by Tuesday lunch time. Was kept up to date with the order and delivery slot. Pleased with the item I ordered too. Will definitely be ordering more.

Ordered a pair of Hunter Wellies in black for my son, delivery came within 2 days and i recieved Navy wellies. Contacted customer services and within the hour, Hugo got back to me stating they were re-sending the correct shoes and to keep the Navy ones as a gift, the replacement came the next day, no faults at all and excellent customer services. Thank you!

Very good experience.
Prompt delivery, genuine, brand new Clarks Originals Weaver GTX.
Unfortunately I had to return them as they didn't fit. My refund was issued as soon as they received them back.
I hope I'll find something my size soon on their website soon, bc the prices are very good.

Utterly faultless customer service which is a rare thing today. Brilliant communication, excellent product at a great price. I am massively surprised at any of the negative reviews - they seem fake to me (rather than the products they're complaining about!) ! My experience has been very positive and my daughter is thrilled with her bag. Once a delivery was sent to the wrong address (note, not the fault of this company - an error from DPD). This was rectified within an hour of my raising the problem and was dealt with so professionally that I thought I'd landed in a parallel universe!! Many thanks. Would highly recommend this company and I don't often write reviews so this is high praise indeed!
