Update, 1 week later did the same thing, linehaul issue. I had to cancel my order as they will just not deliver.
Designer transport never delivered my Boori orders, despite initial email had notified me about the packages. Subsequent attempts of contact from myself and Boori were unsuccessful. After days, received a single email from the contact suggesting the packages were lost, but no further action for any rectification. No response for further inquiries about updates for weeks. Went straight to credit card company for refund. This company is unprofessional, irresponsible, and borderline theft. Avoid.
