O stars this is a scam you will not receive your goods or money back

Paid money and goods never arrived. Company ignores my emails. They are thieving crooks

Fake site No item has arrived No response to emails sent DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
They send a email as soon as you order so makes you think it all good Vile experience

First of all, disappointed that I have to leave one star to be able to write this as it is definitely a ZERO star review.
As with many other customers comments, we were advised of a 14-21 day delivery for a Ninja Air Fryer with a delivery date of 28th November.
Unsurprisingly, it didn’t arrive.
Sent an email to request advice of delivery status but received no reply.
Sent another email two days later and it bounced back saying address not found!
Luckily paid by credit card and have thankfully been refunded.
A complete and utter SCAM!!!

Kevin dude ye canny scam people its no healthy wi happened to peoples items of purchasing, dont be a scammer do good return peoples money.

What a nightmare !!!!!

Like others ordered airfryer and was emailed to say due to high volume of orders would be delayed for 14-21 days. Like other was emailed to say they had sent the item and delivery was on its way and to track via rapidalbion.com
Emailed the company to ask if the tracking number was genuine ( surprise no answer) emailed multiple times for an update designgadget.com support on (not surprised with no response and no air fryer.
Then did a check and saw all the reviews with the same experience.
Purchased with credit card so at least I can get my money back but it all the hassle and then having to trying to find another as it was a Christmas gift.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!

I'VE LOST £139 FOR A TUMBLE DRIER THAT NEVER ARRIVED!

ZERO STAR to this company. I purchased a washing machine in October and it wasn't delivered within a week as they said 5-7 days delivery time then 2 weeks later emailed again and they said delayed in delivery so they will refunde 10% as good will gesture for the inconvenienced caused, no 10% received and eventually no machine delivered and they said there's some issues so they will refund the full money and it's been nearly 2 months no refund and I have been chasing it every week for few weeks but mobile number doesn't work and no reply to my emails and today my emails are no longer getting delivered. I really do think this is scam company. I will be reporting them.

As previous reviews. Would give zero stars if this was an option with trust pilot.
Ordered and paid £88 for an airfryer in November, 6 weeks later and no sign of it, just an unprofessional email saying there would be a delay in delivery No reply to emails & the tel number on the was unavailable. The transaction on my statement came out to PATTM WARSAW. Barclaycard are currently investigating but as it was less than £100 Im not guaranteed I will get anything back. The website was still up and running until a week ago but it seems its been taken down now.
This was a christmas housewarming present for my son, the website looked professional, the price was too good to be true … it was ! Wish Id used a known store and checked the reviews first … lesson learned. Some people are saying they are trading under a new name so beware !

Bought a tumble, had the tracking number. Was meant to be delivered and wasn’t, kept checking tracking number. The website the tracking was on disappeared, emailed the company and the email bounced back. It’s a scam company don’t use!!!

I’ve given 1 star but would like option for 0 stars as this company has taken the money for my order of an air fryer and 6 weeks later, no air fryer and no refund despite several emails requesting a refund!
I tried calling the customer service number and it didn’t connect. From reading other reviews, these seem like scammers. Avoid ordering from them at ALL costs!!

Order a microwave they changed delivery date after purchased twice and it never arrived, unable to contact scammers!!!

Purchased with credit card so have handed it over to them .
Just a lot of hassle with emails then having to contact the credit card company .

I ordered a washing machine from Design Gadget, and my experience has been highly disappointing. The website clearly stated that delivery would take 5 days, but after placing my order, I received an email saying that the delivery had changed, and the item never arrived.

The sun chair arrived early, matched the photos and feels very sturdy during regular balcony use.

Ordered a tumble dryer, first issue I had was that it didn’t accept my payment so couldn’t process order then retook a second payment, distributed with the bank got a refund on 1 transaction. Then had a delivery date of 5/12/25 hears nothing tracking hadn’t changed. Read on here about others reviews and realised I’d been scammed. Disputed with my bank they refunded whilst under investigation but the bank seems to think it’s a genuine website so has retaken the money + more.

I’m not discrediting anyone but you should have read reviews before ordering I’m glad I did!!!! Still disgusting how they ca. do this

FRAUDULENT COMPANY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DONT SEND YOUR ORDER, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS, ORDERED A NINJA FRYER LAST MONTH WAS TOLD WOULD RECIEVE IN 2 -3WEEKS, NOTHING RECIVED TRIED EMAILING NUMEROUS TIMES BUT NO REPLY, NOW GOING TO MY BANK FOR A REFUND AND REPORTING THEM AS FRAUDULENT

SCAM CON FRAUD, Airfryer was £10 cheaper than other places, free delivery in a few days. then an email saying due to demand would be 14days. checked for delivery and delivery site and design gadget is down.
