I ordered a personalised mug mid-morning one day and it arrived the following morning. It was easy to use the site and personalise the mug (not the case on some other sites I have tried). The price was very good, delivery was quick, and the product was exactly as I had ordered. I will definitely use Designitnow again and would recommend it to everyone.

The printing, service, fast delivery and the quality of people is fantastic. We got the Mugs as they were ordered.

I order 4 mugs with a text on each of them, on first I got delivered 2 mugs out of 4 , the next day I got delivered the other two, none of them had the personalised text that I order with each of them. I felt very disappointed because it was a gift for very special people .

After ordering I was kept abreast of the production and delivery process at all times. Delivery was within 24 hours of the order being placed, which took me aback - particularly because the weather was not good.

Had to get a birthday present at short notice. Order was produced before 11 and shipped before midday. Design exactly as I sent it and the resolution on it was much better than I'd hoped for.
