Perfect for my hallway going into the dining room living room, and picks up all the colors of chairs, etc. looks terrific

We haven't hung the pieces yet but hope to today.

My package arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The picture were beautiful, colorful and vibrant, just as shown. The quality is exceptional. I love them.

arrived VERY late..no communication as to why.

I tried to check the status my order (placed 2.2.2025) on 2.11.2025. The options provided were the tracking number OR the order number and either my phone number or e-mail address (I can't recall). Since I didn't have a tracking number, I put in the other option. The response was that there was no history of the order. I then sent an e-mail asking for a status. No response. I then called and left a message. A day or two after I left the message I received notification that the artwork was being shipped. I received no acknowledgement of either attempt to get a status. I'm hesitant to order again because of the delay and lack of customer service.

I ordered 3 pieces from Designity Art and I absolutely love them. I was informed about the production and delivery process and received my package on time. I will purchase more artwork soon.

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a picture. The picture sent out was not the one advertised. I reached out to Designity Art and explained this and they insisted that the picture be returned for a refund. I sent them detailed photos as requested.
Communication from Designity Art has been incredibly poor.
All returns need to be sent back to their office in the USA at your expense.
So an £85 picture has cost me £40 to get my refund.
There has been no apology or explanation.
I’ve given the company ample opportunities to do the right thing and they ignore my emails.
I’m left out of pocket and feeling very disappointed.

I received my wall art in perfect condition and on time. I'm happy I selected it with frame, it looks very fancy! I recommend Designity Art.

Still waiting on my wall art. Have emailed and started a chat no response at all. Not happy if I don’t hear soon I will request a refund

Ordered 13 days ago. No shipping confirmation- presumably not actually coming from the UK as per the claims on the website. Think I’ve been scammed.

Edit: after posting this I got a shipping confirmation. It’s seems to have originated from Riga, Lv. Latvia? Certainly not the UK distribution centre that was suggested on the website before I bought. Haven’t received order yet but will comment on quality when I do.
