Unorganised and fraudulent promises

I ordered lamps on Monday, status was 'in stock' and delivery time was said to be the same day.
After ordering the confirmation email stated a slight delay in delivery 'lite extra leveranstid'. Today, Friday, 5 days later the lamps still haven't been sent, on the website, it still states lamps will be sent out the same day. After calling it now turns out the lamps are out of stock and can't be delivered. Their solution was a 15% voucher on the next order.

Why would I ever order from such an unprofessional and unorganised company again that makes wrong promises on their website. I feel it is fraudulent to promise customers same day sent out to then sent an email after the order to revoke this statement to a few days. And then they dont even have the lamps?

Never again.
