I backed the Crownes Chess: Compact, Portable Nesting Chess Set on Kickstarter on 20 August 2020 and also paid additional funds through Crowd Ox for shipping/upgrades.

It’s now been nearly five years, and I still haven’t received the product. Despite multiple campaign updates from DesignNest stating EU orders were in production or transit, nothing has arrived. I last contacted them directly six months ago and never received a reply.

DesignNest markets itself as a professional product platform, but in my experience, they have failed to fulfill their promises, communicate effectively, or resolve outstanding pledges. As a backer, I have been patient through years of delays, but this level of non-delivery and silence is unacceptable.

If you are considering buying or backing a product associated with DesignNest, be aware that my pledge remains unfulfilled after almost half a decade.

I’ve had a great experience with DesignNest! They offer innovative and well-designed products that stand out from the usual options on the market. The quality is excellent, and the pricing is reasonable for what you get. Shipping was smooth, and customer service was responsive when I had a question about my order. I love that they support independent designers and bring unique ideas to life. Definitely recommend checking them out!

It’s a scam! I ordered a cat litter box and it costed me €40. They never reply to emails. Please stay away and beware. Items never arrived even though shipment was marked as delivered

I supported this company on Kickstarter. THREE YEARS LATER they've not sent me my product. They refuse to answer emails in a timely manner. They put updates out almost annually which promise we'll have our product, yet they never send it a d always claim some form of logistics issue. They show they're selling the products on their site, with some in stock! But nothing for those who provided them their initial investment.

Disgusting company, horrible communication. Anyone who's providing positive reviews clearly hasn't had to actually deal with them.

Pre-ordered CubeClimbers game 9/2022 and Received email confirmation for purchase. 6/2023 requested an update on shipping, emailed 4 times (1 time a week) when I finally received an email response stating ‘ The CubeClimbers are still under production and we are still waiting to receive them to fulfill pre-orders. Please be reassured that you will receive an email notification once your order is shipped .’

6/2024 no product, no update on if I’ll get my product, sent an email and currently no response.

SCAM COMPANY

Bought a game through them. Waited a year and never recieved the product. Emailed mutiple times asking for a status of the game or order. No response so now I'm fighting to get my money back. Company is trash, dont buy from them

I am doing business from last two years and I am really satisfied and very happy with the entire management along with the factory executives.
The product of DesignNest are much premium products and quality is really awesome for the three layer of QC.

All my channel partners, vendors , clients customers are very happy and satisfied in india.

I totally disagree with all the existing reviews because I am doing business and I am very much satisfied.

I am not aware what happened in past, but presently DesignNest management is awesome and very active.

Kindly don't judge the book by its cover.

Fraud, used Indiegogo over 2 years ago. They keep claiming production issues and now are selling the items direct on their site saying they have 11,000 in stock. No response other than to say we'll send them next month every month for 2 years. Latest emails have gone completely unresponded to.

It's been nearly a year since I purchased a product from designnest. No product, no refund, no replies.

Do not use this website

I have ordered several items and have paid them. Just no update, no confirmation, nothing. I tried to contact them via email and no reply. So i ask via instagram, finally the answered. But just a standard reply saying they are receiving my orders, but after that nothing happens. Give me back my money or send me the products !!

I'm the founder of a successful Kickstarter campaign, and I currently sell my product through an online web shop that I run. Designnest stole all of my marketing assets from the Kickstarter and set up their own listing for my product, despite not having any inventory.

I have gotten emails from people who attempted to buy my product through Designnest, who took their money and never shipped them anything. It is frustrating to have my would-be customers scammed by this site.

Backed their kickstarter and have gotten zero updates. I understand covid is making things more difficult but at least let us know what's going on instead of ghosting your customers. Do better. Also if you're thinking about buying from them I'd do so cautiously

I damaged a Heng lamp that I purchased elsewhere so I ordered a new one from DesignNest and then belatedly asked them to send me a USB Cube in the same package. They were kind enough to respond saying they would not charge me. I crushed the port by pushing a dresser against it so I needed a sideways outlet. I also thought we could repair the lamp if we had a new cord and DesignNest did finally send me one of those also. I have had several Heng lamps from another source which did not work but the one I owned has worked beautifully and I love it. Easy to turn on and just the right amount of light for a bedroom lamp. I eventually got all the problems solved and I am grateful to DesignNest for accommodating my requests. Even if it take take several emails and some time to get it accomplished.

I bought a mask last year through Design Nest and still haven't received it. They sure took my money though. I still haven't gotten a response! Since last year! 3 attempts so far, and still nothing.
