I have nothing but good things to say about the work from Design Pickle. I had a vision for a very tough project and Rogelio Gonzalez Carrillo brought it to life even better than I could have imagined. Even beyond that, I needed various designs and they were all done to perfection with excellent turnaround times as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

My designer truly allows me to have a member of my staff without having him on payroll. The ability to have such a variety of asks and Design Pickle always delivers. The new Ai features helps but I have not used it much and I appreciate that they continue to bring us more and more options.

Design Pickle is in my daily business practice. ;) I always have 2 designs being made at the same time and I am daily checking them and beginning new projects. It is such a staple in my business now. Design Pickle has helped me so much. It is great for someone who is going to be on it, notice deadlines and continue the work with them.

I’ve been struggling a bit with the pricing lately, because I’ve been a client for many years, and the last price increase upset me because of where I’m at at the moment in a transitionary period. Gerardo was very kind, despite me not being the most pleasant person to deal with and helped me come up with a plan. Also Naybeth has been my designated designer for at least three possibly four years and I absolutely adore her. She’s incredible and talented. While, I do feel that their prices are pretty high for industry standards for outsourced work, I really do like design pickle.

I do wish that they would come up with a mobile app or something though because it’s nearly possible to submit request on my phone, and I’m always on the go

Having a dedicated designer is incredible; I've had the same person for a few years, and she is amazing to work with (Maria). It is amazing how fast the design services are and how high the quality is. I can't imagine how I functioned before I was a customer. As a small business, using Design Pickle allows me to punch above my weight class, so to speak, with fabulous documents, posts, illustrations and slide decks. The interface is easy, and communication is fast and clear. Couldn't be happier!

Our designers are wonderful - creative, easy to work with, and very patient when we need revisions.

We tested both the premium and pro packages but opted to cancel within the 14-day trial period. To their credit, they offered a discount on a combined package. However, the quality of the designers fell short of expectations, especially when compared to what one might find on Fiverr for a lower cost. Despite providing them with a comprehensive, high-end brand guideline and a suite of documents, their ability to adhere to these standards was lacking. The designs they produced were subpar, not even meeting the standards one would expect from an entry-level junior designer..

Design pickle is a great company to work with. The designers always make sure our requests are completed with attention to detail and quality. The set up on the webpage is easy to navigate through and place orders. The seminars and trainings they offer help us stay up to date with the latest products they offer.

Don't be fooled by their "unlimited graphic design" gig. They only deliver one design per day, and most of the designs are generic, coming from stock templates with just a bit of tweaking—something I could do myself. It's a waste of money.

Very quick turnaround time, easy onboarding, professional designs, great feedback system between clients and designers.

I don't like this company, too slow for what it charges and on top it charged an extra month, I understand you carry people and cost but if that is the case you over deliver, I wont use them again.
