We feel this company is extremely shady. They make many promises and deliver on none. They will tell you they will charge you once and then they will keep coming back for large sums of money all the while tying up your website and domain. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau as well as numerous complaints filed against them. I wish our company had checked them out completely before we used them.

Horrible service and complete scammer. If you are smart, you will not do business with this company. After my experience, I want to caution any prospective customers from hire this company to do any business with them. I will continue to communication this experience on any communication mechanism and social media platform I can find. If I could give them a zero I would.

Worst experience ever. Paid alot of money for them to give my old website a face lift . After several months my site finally went live but customers were not able to contact me as the contact form didn't work. Then all of a sudden my site wouldn't even load. They said my site was hacked and would need to pay another 500.00 us funds. (I'm Canadian) in order to get it up and running again. I even purchased a 5 yr. maintenance package but they said it doesn't cover this. I had no choice but to hire another company to create a whole new website. This company is very unprofessional. PLEASE BEWARE!!

Very amateurish logo designs. They gave me a questionnaire to fill out and I filled it out in detail. I got designs that were so far off from the questionnaire I filled out. The "Design Manager" asked me to fill out the same questionnaire about 3 times and I was still getting the same designs they just changed the font. I wouldn't recommend this company if you are looking for a custom design that fits you business.

I am lost for words! I had to write another review. They have amazing customer service and listen to you. They don't just create your logo, they help you get things done. I worked with Jay and Jorge and the communication was on point. They are so patient with me and my busy schedule. They answered so many questions and got me on the right track. I will defenetly stick with them to create my website and lean on them for marketing support. Yes, they do all of that. They are AWESOME! I think they might be tired of me telling them that so many times. They're just a great team to work with
