Took me sometime to start, but the moment I got some help with the formats and information, I was motivated to continue inserting my images and almost about to complete.

I find this Designerr system truly amazing. I believe ANYBODY operating at or within the internet is most unwise NOT to have Designerr as part of their toolkit.

I’m really happy with Designrr. It has made the whole process of creating my book so much easier and smoother than I expected. The interface is intuitive, the formatting tools are great, and it saved me a lot of time that I would have spent struggling with layouts and design.

I've been working on 10 books for the last 2yrs and this tool helped me to finish in 2 weeks. Absolutely Amazing!

My experience with Designrr.io was great because they gave me one person who answered all my questions. It is nice that there was a consistent person to check on me and guide me. If the question was complex, the person would escalate it to the expert in the field. I would recommend this app to my friends who would need the same services as I did.

I loved how it expanded on my thoughts. I immediately saw how it will enhance my work as a writer.

Aardvark Pess in South Africa published my book "The Garden Guardian's guide to environmentally responsible garden care 2006 (1st impression) and 2007 (2nd impression). Since an update 20 years later is required and printing costs skyrocketed due to over 300 colour photos, a decision was made to sign all rights over to me to publish as an e-book. This is how I got to purchase Designrr Pro and took action. Guided by tutorials from Paul I managed to upload my book's content from WORD documents and within days started to edit text page by page plus inserting insect pest photos etc, learning by trial and error with no major headaches, being a scientist and not a tech savvy, I surprised myself! Still many weeks of dedication before ready to publish the 3rd impression as an e-book, not just the editing of already published content but also adding new chapters which will bring my book's content in line with present developments in organic farming. For now, all good, hoping to publish not later than June 2026.

This program is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Easy to use and staff that is super responsive to any inquiries! May God continue to bless this company!

Its a good tool especially if you have some background knowledge. The AI tool is ok but not yet fully usable for form anting long e-books as it mixes chapters, The images function not yet usable for specialised courses aviation . Otherwise good value for money. Hope we get more specials for the audio function.

I like how It give you the opportunity to import your information and get help from AI to help look professional. I like how it also give you the opportunity the different of choice between the pdf, e-book, audiobook and etc. i how i can choose the book cover as well.12

I enjoy the way my thoughts are being analyzed "on the go" as it were, particularly by Wordgenie, so that I am saved time with helpful suggestions when moving to the next step.
Also the ability to edit completed projects makes finishing a book to my satisfaction is so useful.

I've recently started using Designrr, and I love it! I wanted simple templates for reports, the ability to quickly upload a Word document and convert it into a more attractive, and intuitive document - and that's what I got for $27. There's plenty of helpful articles, but I find it very simple to use.

Misleading “Lifetime Package” – Feels Like a Scam!
I purchased what was advertised as a “lifetime package”27 USD with full access to features, but the reality is completely different and extremely disappointing. After paying, I discovered that basic and essential features like importing PDF files are locked, and the system keeps asking me to upgrade again and again. This is nothing but a misleading and dishonest practice.
A lifetime package should mean full access, not a restricted plan that forces users to pay more at every step. This clearly feels like a fake business strategy to take money from customers.
I requested clarification, cancellation, and a full refund, because the product delivered is not what was promised at the time of purchase. If they fail to resolve this, I will report this platform to relevant consumer protection authorities.
Totally unacceptable experience. I strongly warn others to be careful before paying for anything advertised as “lifetime” here.

Company aggressively tries to up-sell on all plans. When I purchased the $27.00 plan, the advertisement did not indicate that you could not use the app to edit a file already created in pdf format. When I signed into the app for the first time, I saw an email indicating the new features that they had just implemented. One was new templates and the other was that you could now use the app to import pdf files already created. It stated that this feature could be used with all plan types. I was constantly redirected to the page to upgrade to a higher priced plan without telling me why and it also kept saying "please ensure you selected existing document to continue" which I did over and over. When I originally went for help on chat, I indicated that if I had to upgrade to a higher priced plan that I would want a refund. I tried to get support through chat and no one responded for over two hours. After returning to my screen, I noticed that my screen looked different. There were some items on the screen that were not there before I left, then, other icons popped up which weren't there before. I thought everything was o.k. so, I started to down load my document and it took about 20 minutes to download. I was never able to get to this point before. I left the room and came back and the download finished. Then I was told that there was an error in my credentials. I checked my email and saw that they had given me a refund. This company is awful. They don't follow their own rules. This person who finally responded to my email told me that I had to upgrade to a higher priced package costing $97.00 for the Pro plan for one year. She was either unaware of the new features, or she knew and was more interested in getting me to upgrade to a higher priced package to increase her sales volume, regardless of the policy. The night that I purchased this app, I was virtually unable to leave the website after completing the sale. Each time I tried to leave the site, screen after screen would pop up trying to get me to purchase three higher priced versions. I asked myself am I ever going to complete this sale. I wondered if I backed of this would I be charged twice or what? I had no choice but to stay and wait while all of this played out. This was annoying and menacing and it made them look like vultures imposing high pressure sales tactics on customers. There are too many issues with the site, company training videos and personnel is not knowledgeable on the new features in addition to being unreliable. I liked their templates, but I can't deal with the aggravation of their malfunctioning website, poor customer service and high pressure sales tactics.
