I have been using Design for Health for…

I have been using Design for Health for a few years. They may be available on Amazon; however, Amazon does not provide a breakdown of how the product will work with your specific issue. The product has helped me overcome a severe stomach issue, and I am grateful. Amazon could not have done that—trusted and authentic products.

I ordered designs for health paleo protein powder is much too sweet and customer service is unable to assistbased off…

I ordered designs for health based off the recommendations of Dr. Isabella Wentz for her Hashimoto’s protocol. I trust her greatly and she seems to trust this company. I just started on my supplements today and the Paleo powder is much too sweet and taste funny because of all of the Stevia used. I called and asked what could be done including an exchange and they were unable to help me. I am very disappointed as I have ann expensive product on hand and my only option is to try and give it away. No one has money to waste these days and I feel it is wrong to not Offer a replacement.

WARNING-READ BEFORE YOU BUY.

WARNING-READ BEFORE YOU BUY.

Their tagline is #1 Practitioner brand! Problem is they don't care about practitioners! I'm a licensed ND and have carried their products for over 20 years. Years ago you could only get their products through a licensed medical professional. But they sold out and opened their Amazon store and have gone down hill ever since. You may not care because you are purchasing on Amazon, but any company that throws their practitioners under the bus is a company that only cares about their bottom line. And any company that only cares about making money is a company that I guarantee is cutting corners else where including the quality of their ingredients. You are better off buying from other reputable companies. Google my name and you can see those companies on my website.

Extremely high prices on Products that are Overpriced!

I have tried a few of their products now and none did what they claimed.

But the main issue was extremely high pricing.

One product that may have made a little difference was going to cost me $120 a month.

You will be dead due to no money to support yourself on anything else if you have health issues with their prices.

It is the same story with many such products.

They know there are desperate people and they know they are willing to pay what ever for some degree of relief. It is not about helping those in need. it is about making lots of money at the expense of those suffering.

I emailed them and asked if they were willing to help in some way but got told no. Not even a suggestion was made.
And that was after getting a read receipt that said my email was deleted without being read!

Seems their IT is no better than their prices.

I will not go broke buying their products and will play no part in their wealth as a result.

Product shipping is poor & customer service is worse

I've ordered a product from Design for Health twice which should be chilled. Although the product arrived packaged well, it is sent by USPS. Both times, my product arrived warm with ice pack completely melted after being in transit for 4 days! When I called customer service, they told me the product was good up to 100 degrees which is false. They have no concern for the customer. Not ordering here again.

I've ordered from Designs for Health…

I've ordered from Designs for Health for probably 10 years and have never been dissatisfied. Their products are well-researched and -formulated. Customer Service is excellent. Once an order is placed, their packing and shipping are both accurate and quick. I demand excellence in my healthcare supplements, and Designs for Health meets those expectations.
