⚠️ Warning to other small businesses

We engaged Designs Vertical to develop a website for our restaurant and made full payment of A$1,048 on 25 January 2026 for a 4-page eCommerce website with 3 years hosting.

A demo/staging page was initially shared and we were promised the website would be completed within a few days. However, after payment the communication stopped and the project has still not been delivered despite multiple follow-ups.

No official invoice was provided and we have not received any clear completion date. Meanwhile their social media pages remain active while our messages continue to go unanswered.

As a small business this has caused us significant frustration and financial loss. We are sharing this experience to raise awareness so that other business owners are cautious when engaging online design agencies.

We still hope this matter can be resolved professionally.
