Very poor service and products are not…

Very poor service and products are not as advertised. Purchased at premium price a 108 + 1 Diamond cut quartz crystal japamala. When it arrived it was not diamond cut, it was 108 beads in total inclusive of the guru bead. Approached company for return label, took several days before one was issued. Returned the item using the return label and the parcel has now conveniently been lost. Desi Khazan now says I need to deal with Evri, although it was their return label. Evri are not responding. I am out of pocket. Its been more than a month and still there has been no assistance from Desi Khazan or any refund.
