The installation service is quick. The employee helped me transfer my old table. He even took all the plastic covers and cartoon.
I also had a call with Desko to reschedule the delivery and should be in 3 weeks but he manage to find an earlier date which is doable both from our ends.

They initially delivered the wrong table
They initially delivered the wrong table so it's a bit of a hassle to remove my things, which I have already set up in the first table. However, the driver was nice and really patient with installing the table again.

Logistic to improve
They have problems with support, delivery system and project management behind but quality of the product is good.
What I noticed on what they could improve:
There is not mention of availability of their goods in the website. Once you order, they actually let you choose a date for delivery that can be in the same week as the order. They let you pay and then you have to reach out to then and finally they will tell you that it will take 1 month to deliver.
They do offer an option of reimbursement though but it is not upfront. We as customers need to know availability of services upfront.
Then after 1 month, out of the blue, they change to 1 month and a half and finally on the day of the delivery the delivery van breaks. There is no consistency or reliability on their deliveries.
After a few months I can see that desk is good and all working as expected. Thanks!

Don't even bother contacting them if you don't have a big order
I contacted them on 24 feb about an office chair and was really excited that they finally have the option to ship outside the Netherlands. There was only one response on the next day asking for my address then nothing. I sent 3 more emails and offered them a lot of time (2 working weeks) to get back to me, but they simply ignored me afterwards. Awful communication experience.

Telephonic support was great and after sales support also excellent.
I had to get the invoice changed once and that also went smoothly.
The Bad
The table was not working within 2 days of delivery. As mentioned above, support was great. The guys form the supplier were at home to fix the issue. But they seemed to be a bit condescending in the beginning, but in the end replaced the complete base because the device was not working.
