This company was awesome. They helped me through the process of selecting a logo that would show up on the desk plate. I ended up taking their advice and also changing the color of the plate. I'm glad I did. I couldn't be more happy. I really wish I could upload a photo because this thing looks amazing!

Took awhile to receive even after paying extra for 3 day shipping. I bought a deskplate for my boss/work mom for Mother's Day and I asked if they can write a letter aside and they did just that. I appreciated it and my boss loved the plate.

The whole process was quick, and I was very satisfied with my purchase. I received my order a week after placing it, and for less than half the price of what another company had quoted me. I highly recommend deskplates.com.

The products I viewed online were just what I was looking for! It went downhill from there. They offered a preproduction view of your personalized item before purchase. However, the preview failed to specify that what I would be getting would not be in color (for the logo I included). This was very disappointing. Also, the shipping I was charged included the packaging; it wasn't just based on the weight of the item itself. I feel this was a bit dishonest. They could've included a ton of packaging material at their own discretion, but I shouldn't have to pay for it; that's their cost of doing business. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

The process was a little confusing. I don't know why I could not approve the type when I placed the order. The desk plate was the one I wanted except that I thought the type would have been gold not silver. I still am very satisfied with the desk/card holder nameplate.
