Extremely satisfied
After hours of researching and comparing chair options, I chose the SitPro w/ high quality wheels (extra). Easily the most comfortable chair I've owned and used to date. Assembly was straight forward. Delivery was much quicker than expected (note: big and heavy box). Only hiccup was adjusting height of backrest, not clear in the instructions. YouTubed it. I opted to buy the extra wheels which really make a big difference and I definitely recommend it.

Stop Keeping Awful Delivery Firms in Business!
This review is purely in relation to delivery service, not product or other elements of customer care.
There are some truly terrible deliver companies in the UK that are kept in business by sellers who use them because they are cheap. Consumers have no choice or control over them. I therefore believe we as consumers should do more to hold sellers to account for the choices they make as to which delivery companies to use. It’s the only thing we have control over. Hence this one-star review.
Desktronic uses ‘DHL Ecommerce’ which is a separate budget arm of DHL, partnered with EVRI. They are truly terrible. Really, really bad. Wrong information, lying about delivery attempts, absolutely no way of contacting a human to solve problems etc etc. All the bad behaviours we know about delivery firms in the UK all rolled into one. Check out their Trustpilot page- all one-star reviews.
I got an email today (25th) telling me they will attempt to deliver my desk on the 23rd, and to rearrange if I won’t be in. Brilliant. Tried using the number that say I can speak to an agent on- it just gives useless automatic tracking information and then hangs up. No idea when my desk will arrive, no idea when to be in for it. Looking forward to the merry-go-round of failed delivery attempts because they didn’t tell me when they would be coming.
Stop keeping awful delivery firms in business, Desktronic! It rubs off on your reputation as well.

Poor delivery
I purchased through Amazon, but Desktronic was the seller and shipper. My card was charged straightaway with delivery promised a few days later - I got a text from the courier confirming they had it and then silence. Delivery window came and went with no package and no comms.
No reply from the chat facility either.

Parts of the leg arrived defective
Parts of the leg of my desk arrived with misaligned holes. I think it was a defect.I was unable to build the desk because there was only a partial hole in the correct location.

Excellent Quality Product. Assembly required, but instructions are easy-to-follow. If you purchase add ons, you will likely need a drill. Hopefully you don't drill through the desk. Delivery was to the door.

Delivery took 3 weeks
Delivery took 3 weeks. When it finally arrived it had a great big scratch across the tabletop.
The compensation I was offered was insulting.
