Table has a good quality but…
Table has a good quality. To build it it was a bit difficult because some of the predrilled holes have been wrong sothat I had to drill my own ones. But until now everything is fine.

Great desk
Great desk, super high, super fast and very stabil. Easy to set up and also good accessoires. Only Problem was with the delivery, postman should call me 30min before delivering, because I needed to Drive there. He called me the moment he arrived and then just put the packages in front of the building of my apartment. So I had a little moment of “fear” someone could just take it.

Great customer service. My desk didn't fit me and they arranged for an upgrade, the communication was fantastic and very proactive. The desk is sturdy.

Absolute nightmare but product is nice. Meh!
Absolute nightmare! Spent over £600 on a desk that arrived scratched, despite being “hand packaged.” Was offered £30, £60, then £90—no!, it’s damaged! Replacement took over a week and had to dispose of damaged in end as there delivery pickup never showed after four missed attempts. - can’t be expected to sit in day after day! Only got a £100 refund after posting this review. Avoid ordering direct, shame as the product is nice but the whole experience was stressful and I won’t be shopping there again.

Delivery couriers shocking service
Have placed an order with Desktronic on two different occasions and both times the delivery service was shocking... emailed customer services for help but they didn't seem to really take it seriously and on both occasions suggest we as a company collect our goods from the courier hub which was not even an option for us? Think Desktronic need to review who they use to ship their goods... we won't be using them again on this basis.

Well designed and well manufactured product
The desk is very well designed, has a high manufacturing quality and is delivered in perfect packaging. (A very small paint damage at the foot, nearly unvisible and a small surface failure underneath the table, which is not visible, were no reason for me to claim). The instruction manual is very good, assembly of the desk is easy. All screw packes were perfectly labelled and in line with the instruction, there was everytime one screw in addition. The fit of the metal parts is very good. A screw driver with magnetic tip is helpful, I built it without. The electric motors make less noise than the desk I had in my company office. The price - quality ratio is very good, considering dual engine. I bought it, because my son bought the same and is also very satisfied.

Desk stopped working after 4 months but company sent out spares and were very helpful
Desk is pretty solid. Edited as the company rectified the problem. Desk stopped working after 4 months (the down button wouldn’t work). After a bit of back and forth they sent out replacement parts and I have a fully functioning desk. Thank you

Great product.
Good quality desk. Delivery was on time and Desktronic kept me informed. The desk arrived in two cartons and was well packed so no damage. It is heavy however so two people may be needed if the boxes have to be moved up stairs. The video instructions were clear and easy to follow and a single person is able to build the desk. It is very stable and the motor is smooth and quiet. I would highly recommend Desktronic.

Extremely good quality table
Easy Web Configurator. Fair price and very fast delivery. Table was build together by 2 persons in about 45 minutes without any issues. Quality of material and the dual-motor is extremely good.

I love this chair
I love this chair. It’s comfortable, sit is big, can fit any size of the human. Arm chairs are slightly soft. It’s made of plastic, but hight quality. I did already recommend it to several friends.
You can't slide down from it, it keeps your back straight and holds it well.

Great desk, ok chair, bad customer support
I had bought a very good standing desk from Desktronic some months ago, and recently also bought an office chair.
At first I received a tracking code but the chair was not sent at all. I contacted their support and it took a few days until they realized the error, and then one more week until the chair was actually sent. I only received a tracking code after contacting their support multiple times.
The chair (Sit Pro) itself is not bad, but the build quality and some details are definitely not top quality. It might be worth buying when on a good discount, otherwise it is greatly overpriced. They run discounts often, which works basically as a marketing trick - the discounted price should be the default anyway.
