The Despegar site is just too difficult to use.

The Despegar site is just difficult to use, especially perhaps when one is in an area with quite a poor Internet signal like us. When pressing some of the symbols to respond to a particular request for info, the drawdown options don't appear. At the end of a very slow and difficult time entering all that was required, I didn't actually know if I had a Booking or not. Almost by accident I looked back to check in "My Account" and discovered to my total dismay that Card issuer had not approved the payment, for a reason I am still not understanding.
