I ordered some Ralph Lauren double knit joggers in XLT, they sent LT and tried to convince me they are the same size. A supervisor argued me that Ralph Lauren doesn't make XLT but when I him a picture of joggers in XLT he still wouldn't accept it. Then told me I had to return the joggers first before the correct size can be sent out. They weren't trying to correct their mistake.I won't be shopping at DXL anymore.

Didn't have specific shoes on hand was convinced to have them sent to resident for. Small fee paid cash for entire transaction waited for shoes they never came call customer service
Explain the issue they tell me the order was cancelled and I would receive a gift certificate in anemail refunding cashtendwred for the cost of shoes plus next day shipping went back to local store were exchange took place with receipt requesting my cash refund per receipt they refused

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with a shoe store. Extremely rude representative on the phone; didn’t receive a confirmation on the first order and it wasn’t on my order history. They misrepresented their shoe sizes and we ended up with extra wide shoes instead of what we ordered. I had planned on using this company again but after this phone call, I’m just feeling like no one even cared about any of it. Not the way to treat a customer at all!!!

I'm store purchases are usually fine, if they have what you're looking for in stock. Employees are normally very helpful. No judgement and great suggestions. Online shopping has been horrible. Single orders made online with multiple items ship from multiple locations AND shipped through different shipping companies. (USPS v UPS). Tracking is inconsistent and timeframe of arrival changes day to day. I wouldn't trust it if it's a time sensitive order. I ordered some clothing for an upcoming vacation. Part of my order might show up in time, the rest will not. All items had an estimated delivery date prior to the vacation date before I purchased the order.

When I found DXL I was so excited. My fiance is big and tall and the clothes there looked really good and they have a great assortment. I spoiled him before we went on vacation three months ago and spent over $600 at the Chattanooga location. Well, after three months, 2 of the shirts have little holes in them, one pair of shorts had the button fall off, and another pair of shorts had one of the belt loops break off. I thought DXL had better quality than this. I thought they would at least last a year, or even 6 months! But only 3 months? The selection is great but the quality is not. I don't think I'll be sinking any more money into them.

I had purchased some shirts at the beginning of the pandemic from the Vienna VA location, I did not like how they looked on me so I tried to return to the store. Unfortunately the store was closed and due to covid,i reach out to HQ and they had me mail in the shirts. A year later I go back to try and purchase some shoes from the store and the E GIFTs are no longer valid. I call HQ and they tell me the E Gifts have been used...I originally did ask them for my money back but they said that they could do that because it was a store purchase. I reached out to the company several times and everyone assumes im lying. im so up set and doubt I will ever shop with DXL ever again.

I went to the DXL San Bruno, Ca store yesterday to pick up a online order of some underwear. Only one employee working in the store and waited a good 30 minutes to pick up my order. I get home to find that out of the 3 packages of 3 per pack Briefs 2 of the packages contained only 2 pairs and had been tampered with. I sure in the hell not going to put these on after people have stolen a pair out of 2 packs and they have the gall to reseal the packs and hand them to you in a DXL bag. I WAS a regular good customer and after that ratchet experience and paying top dollar for clothing I will never shop this store again and suggest you do the same unless you want tampered with underwear on your body and incomplete orders and outrageously bad customer service. DXL is the worse !!!!

Purchased this chair and it has already ripped. Contacted 'Customer Service' via email and their fast response was that these chairs have NO WARRANTY and their return policy is 90 days. So if you have problems with quality 90 days after purchase, throw it away.

Don't order online from DXL they will charge you 7.50 for return shipping if you don't like the product this is may be the reason why amazon has gotten so big. amazon just better service all around.
Update: I was initially unhappy with delayed notice on a cancelled order, but I appreciate DXL's prompt response and willingness to make the situation right.

I recently had to shop for some new suits, I went into store near me and had a wonderful experience.the rewards and points are great and makes you eager to shop more. I love the quality of the items I have purchased, I spent around $2000 this month alone and am excited for my purchases. I had some nice points and thought to myself I should buy a nice warm weather suit, so I bought a nice flax/linen suit online. I can't say I was happy with the way it was packaged and shipped, being that it is linen , linen can crease very easily and be quite hard to get it back to the proper state if it isn't cared for properly, so I was not very happy with that detail ....I am hoping I can get this suit in tip top shape after it was careless packaged and shipped. Linen should be treated as a fragile merchandise. Love this company, just a bit disappointed with that.

Having a manager of a store forcibly request reasons why previous clients haven't been in to buy things is pathetic. Find a better way to market, managers have more important things to do than to do this. I probably won't even go back based on this experience. Treating managers like that is pathetic. I understand the manager doesn't have a choice, but the regional managers do. Do a better job.
Edit: I appreciate the reply, but store operations thinking there is value in calling customers to ask them why they haven't been in the store is awful. The call is so awkward, too. Store managers are not CSMs designated to cold calling, so expecting them to do it well is terrible mismanagement and disrespect to people's job titles. It's bad enough they deal with the average retail experience, but now they have to invade people's account information and cold call? Gross.

I had forgotten our really amazing coupon that we got in the mail and still made our purchase at the store but at full price because we had forgotten our coupon. And the cashier actually gave us a coupon to help. So I called the customer service line and I received a refund for the coupon I had at home! The full amount was refunded as if I had the coupon while shopping! They are amazing! I will definitely shop at DXL again! My husband loves the styles and quality! Totally worth it! The clothes last a really long time and my husband is hard on clothes. So thank you DXL! You guys rock!
The DXL courier read and complied, with the sign on my front door, stating that I was working in my back garden, and to use the side gate.
He also had the common sense, a very rare commodity it would appear, not to shout to get my attention and distract me, whilst I was using a machine tool, which can be a dangerous thing to do.
He was also friendly, polite and courteous.
Definitely a better service than we received, back in the 12th December 2018, when a DHL courier threw a soft package over the side gate, onto a wet pathway, damaging the contents. But recently, it is a service that I can recommend.
My husband and I wanted to gift our son clothes for a new job. I called ahead to the Alpharatta GA store and explained to Jason what was needed. I would give Jason 10 stars if I could. On arrival, he was professional, knowledgeable, great with giving my son practical advice on what clothing to wear and how to wear it. Great selection of clothes at reasonable prices.

I have been shopping at this company for many many years and love going to the store close to me in Long Beach California. Although I must admit the corporate policy changing to not allow you to use a coupon for dollars off for hardly any products is probably the worst customer service experience I've ever dealt with
Spammers. Despite allegedly opting out of communications three separate times, I recently received 37 email solicitations from this company within a 30 day period. One day they sent five separate unwanted and irrelevant posts. I was satisfied well enough with prior purchases many months ago, but the modest savings were not worth the subsequent hassle.
As requested in the reply below, I emailed DXL as requested. The address given bounced back (even when the space was removed).
I was a satisfied long term customer until I received 37 solicitations in 3O days. Five in one day
