Very happy with my order, received it quickly and also received some very good advice regarding individual items within my order. Will be ordering again.

Such a lovely company to deal with. They answered all my questions about the products and clearly care about customers. Products are really good quality too. Love the mushroom powders. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

I have ordered from this company before with no problem and delivery is quick and efficient ( albeit you are paying for this service). However their customer service is appalling, well non existent really. Ordered a product a couple of days ago and realised after having received an email from PayPal that although I had paid by credit card I had clicked on wrong button and I was using their service. I attempted to contact Detox Trading by phone to cancel order ,no response. The following day I attempted all throughout the day to contact them to no avail. This was on top of their advice on their answer phone if urgent send an email which I did twice,still no response. I am afraid to say the whole experience has been terrible and I most certainly won't be ordering from this company again. What I do not understand is why companies in general do not want to speak to customers by phone anymore, especially when it is the most quick and efficient way of resolving such issues like this.

Absolutely 5 stars and beyond! Detox Trading products have done [significant] wonders for my health; they have been consistently efficient and superfast in response to my orders and their delivery times, and they are the only company that hasn't hounded me for a review - all the more reason why they completely deserve good reviews! Many thanks again Detox Trading, you are EXEMPLARY and second to none.

Great store that I've ordered from x3 times now. The costs are pretty comparable for things I've purchased here.

Pros:
- A wide variety of powders, oils and general health products
- Taken the time for descriptive information on each product, including some videos
- Have paid for the organic soil association stamp for a number of their products, and detail how theirs differ from the competition (IE; no maltodextrin or fillers) which is good for the customer

Cons:
- Although they stock a wide variety, there are some things that they don't stock such as black pepper. I once ordered turmeric and ginger from here but had to source black pepper from somewhere else to make my blended capsules. There are a couple of other things like this as well, even for some simple popular products
- The Wishlist - This is impossible to find and one that the website needs to fix asap if you, like me, like to store a wishlist of potential future purchases or even for things that aren't in stock at that particular time. Even when you click on to your account you cannot access your Wishlist because it isn't visible or anywhere to be found. The ONLY way to access this is to like a product / add to Wishlist, then it will allow you to view your Wishlist. That is, unless, you're lucky enough to come across a particular powder again that you may have already liked and added to your wishlist. In the age of the internet, a potential customer will just go on to another website

Very pleased with the service.

I contacted Detox trading and spoke to a gentleman (forgot to ask his name). He was so welcoming and polite over the phone.

I placed the order on Friday (organic Calendula flowers) and recieved my parcel the next day, Saturday. I was actually shocked, because I thought it would be delivered on Monday.

I placed another order immediately because I was so pleased with their service.

Great shop with wonderful products! High quality products, quick delivery and a thoroughly professional end good service; Had one single incident where I received another product than the one I had originally ordered, contacted DetoxTrading, and with no further ado they sent me the right one in no time and even let me keep the product that was sent to me to begin with. I'll just add that I'm a customer from Denmark returning to buy my supplements here and can definitely recommend this shop to anyone!

Was ok to purchase to begin with but soon found same products at much cheaper prices. Could have saved 180£ on one order if I went to a different supplier. Postage is expensive and offers don't reallu provide much of a saving overall. Contacted for large volume of kelp, never heard back so purchased exactly the same from another supplier for under half the cost. Ok just too expensive..
