Delivery VERY VERY late.

I ordered a action figure and spend 80 dollars. It said it would come in 5 7 days... IT'S BEEN 2 FRICKING WEEKS. worst of all I. STILL. HAVEN'T. GOTTEN. MY. PACKAGE. I really hope they fix their delivery system

This product is scheduled for release around September, which is why it has not been shipped yet. Pre-order items are always shipped once they become available from the manufacturer.

We also noticed that when we tried to reply to an email you sent to us yesterday. the message was returned to us with the notification that your mailbox is full, which likely explains why you have not received our earlier messages.

Today we also attempted to reach you by phone to clarify the situation, but unfortunately we could not reach you.

once your mailbox is available again, and we will gladly assist you further.

Very stressful and frustrating experience

I had a very stressful and frustrating experience with this seller.

After placing an order, I later decided to cancel and request a refund. Instead of handling it professionally, the seller first tried to deny my right to a refund, then said they would keep 15% of the money, which is completely illegal. Only after insisting did they agree, but they kept delaying, making excuses, and even trying to convince me to accept discounts or keep the order instead of refunding.

When I finally demanded my money back, they claimed the refund was processed but refused to provide any proof such as a transaction reference. They then told me not to contact them anymore, while I was still left without my refund.

This whole process caused me unnecessary stress and wasted a lot of my time. Instead of a simple and legal refund, I had to deal with pressure tactics, contradictions, and constant delays. I cannot recommend this seller — be very careful if you decide to buy from them.

We regret to see this review, as it paints a very misleading picture of what actually happened.
The customer chose to cancel the order, claiming to have found the product cheaper elsewhere. We asked for proof so we could match the price. The link he provided, however, pointed to a private seller on a second-hand platform, not to a store.

Despite that, we still granted him a €40 discount. We also explained that a discounted order is treated as a new pre-order, which means it goes to the back of the delivery queue — a normal and transparent policy for pre-orders, not an attempt to refuse a refund.

The customer then called and emailed us repeatedly — dozens of times — insisting that this was his “normal way of doing business” and that he had done the same with other shops. This approach made resolving the situation unnecessarily difficult.

He also demanded access to our internal payment system to “verify” the refund. We explained, quite reasonably, that we do not share private business banking data with individual customers. Unfortunately, this only seemed to make him more upset.

We acted fairly and in good faith throughout this process. It is disappointing to see the facts misrepresented in this way.

Better pass on it

Great store, cancelled a pre-order and now they are holding on to a significant amount of cash until the max legal limit.

Don’t plan on shopping again.
