This letting company is awful. In our house the boiler was broken through winter!!! This problem wasn’t resolved for at least 2 months which meant that for days we had to hope that it would work so we had hot water to wash with. The house we were in also was not fitted with a CO detector which is illegal and they have only decided to fit one as they had contractors coming round to look at the house. Their service is mediocre at best it takes them weeks to see to any problems. The builders they used were awful they left all of the bricks that they used in a bin which wasn’t disposed of and this wasn’t know by us so we ended up with a warning from the council. Do not use this company

Brilliant company, always resolve issues quickly and efficiently. I have been with them for 3 years now and will continue to remain with them.

All in all very disappointing experience with this student letting company despite polite front of house staff there was a reluctance to address issues including; lack of cleaning prior to occupation; leaking roof lights; continual rat infestations in the garden and exorbitant cleaning charges at the end of the tenancy. I would not recommend this agency.

They love to leave properties up on their website and RightMove, no hint of the fact they've already been let, just to coax you in to show the rubbish they've got left. Sleazy. Will purposefully be avoiding any properties with their name attached to it from now on.

The people working at Deu were always really helpful when we came to them with a problem.
The owner of Deu actually owned the house that we lived in which made getting repairs and everything extremely easy.
A few reservations though; the house wasn't completely clean when we moved in which was disappointing - next time we know to push to have the house cleaned properly as soon as we move in.
The vacuum had to be replaced and it took a week to get them to change that but they gave us a brand-spanking-new one.

Other than those issues, Deu was really good. We got our deposits back quite quickly and there were no issues with moving out at all.

From start to finish my experience with Deu Estates was more than I could have wished for or expected. I rang to book in a viewing and was thoroughly helped and advised over the phone even through me asking a million and one questions! I received my confirmation text and met the team at the office for my viewings. We chatted along the way and I was made to feel really comfortable even though I was nervous about finding the right location with not a lot of time. The staff were all lovely and really keen to help in any way they could! I have now signed for a lovely house and have had all worries put aside and reassured. Would recommend them to both students and professionals! Thank you!
